So sorry I’m angry

Don’t want to hurt those I love.

And the covid consumes me.

It takes my love, my perspective

away.

It leaves me with a fury that

Hurts those I most love.

That can destroy what we have worked

So hard to build.

How can we live in a world

so full

of what we humans have created.

And yet 

lacks the love

and harmony

we desperately need.
